Get to Know the Statistical Office in Warsaw
The Statistical Office in Warsaw carries out tasks performed for official statistics, in particular in the areas of: statistics of non‑financial enterprises and foreign economic relations, development of IT systems for surveys, modern communication tools and information dissemination.
In addition, the scope of the Office’s tasks includes, among others, preparing statistical analyses and publications on the socio‑economic situation of the Mazowieckie Voivodship, servicing the official REGON and TERYT registers, and conducting survey research among the residents of Mazovia.
The Office also undertakes activities aimed at popularising and promoting statistics and disseminating knowledge about official statistics, cooperating with numerous regional stakeholders, as well as conducting educational activities among schoolchildren, students and local government officials.
