At the branches in Ciechanów, Płock and Radom, the passageways in the buildings are of a suitable width and are adapted for people with disabilities. The buildings have ramps.
The branch in Siedlce does not have a ramp at the entrance stairs, but inside the building the passageways are of a suitable width.
The Ostrołęka branch has neither a ramp nor accessible passageways. A Tax Office member of staff will go outside the building to meet a person with a disability using a wheelchair and collect the documents required for their business.
